No - we work closely with various brands across Europe selecting various styles that are in Fashion. Most, if not all our brands will be featured by various bloggers right across Europe and featured a lot on Instagram.
Please read the description of the shoes. We stock many, many brands and some sizing is better than others. Also within brands, sizing can vary slightly. We do offer a day return policy should the not fit. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact us or Facebook us and we can let you know what the feedback has been.
You have the option of creating an account or checking our as a guest. If you create an account, you will be able to view recent orders and add shipping addresses. To create an account, you simply add the item to the cart and during checkout, you will have an option to "Save this information for later". This will create an account. Alternatively, you can click here to create one.
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the "Forgot Password" link under the login page. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you, where you can update your password. If you have entered the wrong email address, just email us or make a new account :)
We dispatch daily, so once you contact us before we have shipped your item, we can amend your order no problem. Our couriers usually come by 2pm so once you contact us before that we can usually amend it.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, just email us with your order number and we can cancel the order provided that the order has not been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us.
Apologies! In the very rare case you receive a wrong or faulty item (we are human!) simply email us and we will arrange for them to be returned to us and the replacement sent out. You will not need to pay the shipping twice and in the case of refunds, we will refund you in full. You will need to use ReturnPal to return them to us and we can cover the cost of this.
Deliveries to Ireland take between 3-5 working days for standard delivery. If you have paid for Express delivery and ordered before 12pm, your order should be delivered within 1-2 days. We do not offer a guaranteed Next Day delivery service, but in the majority of cases, they will be delivered the next day.
For deliveries to the UK, we use Royal Mail. Delivery is usually 3-5 working days or 1-2 for Express. Deliveries to Europe take usually 3-5 working days and rest of the world is 7-14 working days.
We use DPD to deliver our items in Ireland. In the case no one is home, the courier should phone you so please keep an eye on your phone. If no luck, they will deliver the next day or to your neighbour and leave a card with the details or bring to a local DPD collection point (This may be a local shop or depot). They should leave a card with the details.
When we ship items out, we use third party couriers/mail to deliver the items. While very rare, sometimes items can get lost. If you have not received your item within the delivery timescale, simply let us know and we will chase it up with the courier. If its a case the item is lost, we will refund you in full or send you a replacement.
For all Irish and UK orders over €50 - delivery is FREE. For orders under this amount, delivery is €4.99 for standard and €5.99 for express. For orders to Europe/USA/Australia - please check our delivery page.
We do not send out Return labels with our orders but whave teamed up with An Post to offer you a discounted returns rate of only €4.50. Simply download An Post's ReturnPal app, select Highheels.ie from the dropdown and you can purchase a label. The label will be a QR Barcode image which will be downloaded to the Gallery in your phone. Simply bring your phone with the parcel to the Post Office (or you can have An Post collect) and they will scan the barcode. You do not need to print it out.
We process our returns in batches every week. Once we have received your return, it will be processed by the Returns team. Usually it takes up to 14 working days, as when we refund the money it takes between 3-7 working days for your bank to process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation when its processed.
Yes. Due to the fast movement of our stock, we ask that you simply reorder the item you want, and return the one you don't. Just write on your returns note that you want to exchange and we can check that you have reordered, and refund you in full including postage (so you are not paying postage twice)
